Poking a hole in a fish's swollen swim bladder so the fish will sink (Do Not Do This!).

The Skipper's Tip

Fizzing is often associated with trying to keep a fish alive by getting it back down deep as fast as possible, this makes as much sense as shooting your own foot off to get rid of a hang nail.
