(aka: Dead Bait) Minnows etc. that have been killed, usually frozen, prior to being used for attracting fish.

The Skipper's Tip

Make sure that you remove all dead bait from your tackle box after each trip and return it to the freezer for use another day...otherwise the smell will get into all of your gear.
